Tricolore Theatre, a company dedicated to the promotion of international culture, literature and language present THE CONDOR & THE MAIDEN a new play by Dermot Murphy from 2 – 21 March at 1pm (press performances from 3 March).

This engaging play portrays many of the issues that people who live below the poverty line in the developing world face daily, but which are relevant to us all  Set in South America, THE CONDOR & THE MAIDEN follows the lives of a daughter and her mother.  Disputes over land and family loyalty become entwined in their daily struggle to scrape a living, while the mother tries to ensure a better future for her child.

How hard will she fight back when she finds out how her daughter is threatened?
